All events are 21+ and over with a valid government-issued photo ID.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Passports and passport cards are accepted. Photocopies, photographs of an ID and expired documents are not.

Come as you are. Just be appropriately dressed. Shirts are required at all times, and clothing that does not provide appropriate coverage is not permitted. Entry is at the discretion of our door team.

Street parking may be available on Arch St, Noble St, or nearby side streets. Our main entrance is on Arch St.

Yes, when a show is not sold out. Entry is first come, first served and subject to capacity — buying ahead is the only way to guarantee you get in.

Coat check runs on colder nights and is located just inside the Arch St entrance. Ask the door team on arrival.

Buy through the event calendar or DICE. Tickets from third-party sellers or unofficial resale channels may be invalid. THEORY is not responsible for them. If a show is not sold out, a limited number of tickets are available at the door.

Once a show is sold out there are no door tickets. Returned tickets are released back through DICE, so keep an eye on the event listing. A VIP table is the only other way in.

Yes — transfer them through DICE so the ticket moves to the new guest properly. Tickets bought from unofficial resale channels may be invalid at the door.

Reserve your table directly on our website. Select an event, choose your table, and pay your deposit online. You'll receive a QR code for entry and can manage your guests and send guest passes through our reservation portal.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they apply in full toward your minimum or per-person total on the night. If the event itself is cancelled, your deposit is returned.

Yes. Tell your host when you book and the table is set up for it — bottle presentation, sparklers and a reserved spot for the group.
